The marked routes which have been set out for the walks on the farm are equally suitable for mountain biking, and we are on the Rangitikei Cycleway Pemberton Route which goes from the Rangitikei River at Mangaweka to the Rangitikei River at Vinegar Hill.

Finish the Omatane Route at Hodd Cottage on Mt Huia Farm, and carry on with the Rangitikei Cycleway the next day, or stay a day longer and do some cross-country cycling as well.

We have a covered trailer in which bikes can be transported, to bring you to Mt Huia or take you to another starting point.
